We will fix replace repair any of our products which have failed from faults which result in your product not performing how it should. We make all efforts to produce consistent products but we are human and are capable of making mistakes. Give us a call and discuss your issues should you have them and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Blatant damage from misuse will not be covered however we will work with you where we can to rectify the issue so as you are happy. That means common sense applies.
