Shipping policy

We use both couriers and eparcel, at checkout you will be presented with live quotes based on whats in your cart. If you enter  a po box and select a cheaper courier service we will either email you and ask for a physical address or invoice you for the variation in freight cost. 

We ship 5 times per day so if you order in the morning your freight will most likely go out same day. Cuttoff is 2pm for same day dispatch but we en-devour to get your order packed and on the last pickup when we can. 

If there is an issue with your address sometimes a shipping alternative will appear like.  "Select this rate of no options are presented and we will invoice you for freight" 

If you select this rate we will pack and hold your order until payment has cleared.  If you have any questions at all please contact us mon to friday via the contact number below.
