All items over 1 meter in length cannot travel by Postal services - This means all pioneer series highbankers, bare bones sluices must travel by TNT in Australia or for international courier rates you must contact us for a quote.

How long does it take to receive my order ?
Most services along the east coast 3-4 business days is normal for TNT express, regional towns can be anything 2-4 days additionally depending how far you live from a depot.

Australia post does not offer a guaranteed delivery time, they only provide tentative ETA's (Estimated time of Arrival) there are multiple service levels within Australia post.
We have a contracted Eparcel service which is a premium business service meaning you pay slightly more than at the post office in some cases but your goods are given priory over the rest of the network. This can at time be a huge advantage as loads squeeze the Australia post network.
An example of this was during covid lock downs we were sending on average 90 parcels per day with a max 7 day turnaround while standard service labels were sitting for weeks.
