Awesome little sluice i already had a mat for it! Hands down these are the best sluice’s ever made i now have 2 x 6 inch, a 888 sluice, 1088 sluice and a 6 inch highbanker for cleaning up buckets i bring home! Found this little picker on my first run with the 6 inch sluice, very happy with that as pieces like this are rare from where I live. Dustin and the team at Gold Rat are the best in the business 👍👍👍
The barebones sluice definitely is quality built. My Highbankers minimat 8" fits perfectly 👌 just waiting for my mate to recover operation to give complete review. I have no doubt that this set up won't let us down in size, weight or quality. James

Enjoyed using it for the first time weekend before last. Only issue is the metal clamp that holds the mat. It has a large gap which creates difficulties if you want to use a mat other than dream mat.
The mat I bought from you is 205mm wide. The trough is 203mm wide making it a very tight fit and leaves a bow / gap in the middle.
Really happy with my blank sluice to fit my matting into , in the past I have bought from elsewhere where and matting either to loose or to tight , but these are made to fit perfectly without any stuffing around, thank you I highly recommend your products . Mathew Dow
