MINELAB SPRING SCHOOL HOLIDAY REDEMPTIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By submitting a redemption claim (Claim), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will
at the time of submission of your Claim become binding between you and Minelab Electronics Pty
Limited (Minelab).
2. No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by Minelab to give any guarantee,
warranty, or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
3. This promotion is only available in store through participating Certified Minelab Dealers or online
at https://minelab.com/minelab-spring-school-holiday-redemptions
DEFINITIONS
4. An “Eligible Claimant” is a person who:
a. is an Australian or New Zealand citizen or resident;
b. is over 18 years of age;
c. submits a Claim for themselves exclusively and not on behalf of any other person or group
of persons; and
d. does not in any way tamper with the promotion and/or the registration process for the Claim.
5. An “Eligible Minelab Product” means the following:
a. Minelab Manticore Metal Detector (Manticore); or
b. Minelab Equinox 900 Metal Detector (Equinox 900);
6. An “Eligable Purchase” means the purchase of an Eligable Minelab Product within the Purchase
Period.
7. “Purchase Period” means between 00:00AEST 16/09/2024 and 23:59AEST 12/10/2024.
8. A “Redeemable Product” means:
a. a Vanquish 340 (for the Eligible Purchase of a Manticore); or
b. a GO-FIND 44 (for the Eligible Purchase of an Equinox 900).
9. “Submission Date” means on or before 23:59AEST 27/10/2024.

10. This promotion is run by Minelab Electronics Pty Limited (ACN 008 208 446), Technology Park, 2
Second Ave, Mawson Lakes, SA 5095, Australia.
ELIGIBILITY
11. The Redemption Offer promotion (Promotion) is only open to Eligible Claimants:
a. who purchase a new Eligible Minelab Product;
b. in the Purchase Period; and
c. submit a valid Claim before the Submission Date.
ELIGIBLE AND EXCLUDED PRODUCTS
12. An Eligible Claimant may only claim one Redeemable Product per Eligible Purchase.
13. An Eligible Claimant may only claim for a Redeemable Product that is offered for the Eligible
Minelab Product purchased.

HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER
14. To make a Claim, an Eligible Claimant must access the Claim form online at the following web
address https://minelab.com/minelab-spring-school-holiday-redemptions and complete the
following steps:
a. fill out the Claim form completing all required fields;
b. upload your proof of purchase (which must include an image of the Eligible Minelab Product,
your receipt and the serial number of the Eligible Minelab Product); and
c. submit your Claim.
15. Once you have submitted a Claim, you will receive an email notification to the email provided
confirming the Claim has been received. Your Claim will then be verified by Minelab. You will be
notified within 3 weeks of submission of your Claim if the Claim is accepted.
16. All Claims must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to be considered valid.
17. Stock of the Redeemable Products are limited, and the Claim will only be valid strictly while
stocks last. Once stock of any product included in the Promotion has been exhausted, no further
Claims for that Redeemable Product will be accepted.
DELIVERY OF REDEEMABLE PRODUCT
18. A Redeemable Product will be sent directly to the postal address advised by you in the Claim.
You are responsible for ensuring that you enter the correct address and Minelab cannot be held
responsible for, and have no liability to reissue, any redeemed products which are delivered to
an incorrect address. Minelab cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Participants must provide a valid street
address for delivery of the Redeemable Product.
19. If you cannot provide a valid street address, or Minelab are unable to (or decide not to) deliver
to your street address, Minelab will deliver your Redeemable Product to the nearest Certified
Minelab Dealer. In this situation it will be your responsibility to arrange for your Redeemable
Product to be collected at your cost. Minelab’s decision not to deliver to any address, and to
alternatively deliver to a Minelab Certified Dealer will be at Minelab’s sole discretion.
20. Please allow up to 6 weeks from submission of the submitted Claim for the Redeemable Product
to reach your address or the selected Minelab Certified Dealer (as the case may be).
21. Claims will only be considered complete once a copy of a valid receipt has been received, the
claim verified by Minelab and the Redeemable Product dispatched.
22. You must retain the confirmation email from Minelab as proof of submission.
23. The Redeemable Product is non-transferrable, non-negotiable, non-exchangeable and nonrefundable,
except to the extent that any faulty Redeemable Product are subject to the statutory
rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
GENERAL
24. Warranty: The standard manufacturer’s warranty remains unchanged.
25. Lost claims: Responsibility will not be accepted by Minelab for Claims lost, damaged, or delayed
for any reason.
26. Verification: Minelab reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible
Claimants (including an Eligible Claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any
Eligible Claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the registration process.
27. Forms of verification: suitable forms of verification are at the absolute discretion of Minelab,
and these include checking the validity of purchases with the Minelab Certified Dealer network
as appropriate. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Minelab’s discretion.
28. Incomplete claims: Incomplete or illegible Claims will not be accepted. Incomplete Claims may

include proof of purchase which fails to include any of the following: date and time of purchase,
place of purchase, purchase price and/or model of product. Minelab may reject such Claims that
fail to meet these criteria. Furthermore, if there is any reason to believe that an Eligible Claimant
has breached these Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent, or other invalid or
improper information has been provided, Minelab may, in its sole discretion, immediately reject
such claim(s).
29. Existing Offers: this redemption in not to be used in conjunction with any other offer from
Minelab.
30. Right to withdraw: Minelab reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time
without prior notice.
31. Data Protection & Privacy : If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as reasonably
anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Minelab, including as a result
of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of Minelab, which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Minelab
reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence
the Promotion, as appropriate and subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.
32. Liability: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and
Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded (Non-
Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the
Non-Excludable Guarantees, Minelab (including its respective officers, employees and agents)
excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any
way out of the Promotion.
