At Gold Rat head office we all use Edge on a daily basis this helps us stay hydrated in the heat and reduces cramping, when out bush first thing in the morning i pop a satchel into a bottle of water and i love the taste.

My favorite flavor is above the blood orange and lime but everyone's different.

If i take at least one satchel per day i don't get the body aches and crash i usually get around 4pm every day.
