One of the very first challenges I faced when i purchased my very own dream mat from Montana was how to clamp the matting down. My first few profiles looked great but as i learnt form testing they secured the mat but did not treat the water as i wanted it to.
Eventually I designed this profile which both secured the mat, allowed the water too pool rather than surge and then i added a finger lifting profile to the clamp. I had ot make up some special tooling as the bending brake really didn't like the profile i designed but it was worth the effort.
This clamp will work in securing any sluice matting system down that has a min half inch thickness.
Includes clamp + m6 bolt and wing nut
I've tested it on many gold hog mat profiles and it works a treat.
